AmeriPath Application Payment Stages
Stage 1 - You will be required to complete a simple pre-application document. On submission, a payment of $1,000 is required which can be made by credit card or alternatively by bank transfer or sterling cheque. This payment covers initial due diligence and is non-refundable.
Stage 2 - On approval of your pre-application for your required visa, normally with 7 days, the full application document will be forwarded to you. When completed, submission of this document should be accompanied with payment of $9,000. Full approval will normally be given within fourteen days of submission. In the very unlikely event that this submission is rejected, your payment of $9,000 will be fully refunded within 7 days of written confirmation.
Stage 3 - On confirmation of full approval of your visa application by AmeriPath and acceptance into the AmeriPath program, the balance of the application fee of $60,000 becomes payable. In conjunction with your payment, we make the arrangements for your US visit to Florida where you will meet with the US AmeriPath management team, see how an AmeriPath Home Center operates, open a bank account and appoint your visa attorney if not already arranged. We will provide you with the full documentation required for your I-526 application including the Home Center franchise agreement, the full business plan, service agreements and all associated paperwork that your visa attorney will require.
Stage 4 - In conjunction with the signing of all of the documentation you will have your new LLC (limited liability company) formed and this will enable you to forward the requisite investment of $500,000 to the bank account of your 100% owned LLC. You can then immediately commence investing in the mortgage note program and start earning 8% per annum on the investment. You will continue to have complete control over your $500,000 investment and will have first charge over all of the mortgage notes through your 100% owned LLC.
