We offer the foreign investor a Turn‑Key Program to establish them in their own EB-5 compliant business. We carry out all the work to enable the investor, spouse and family to obtain EB‑5 Resident Visas in the shortest amount of time with the highest chance of success. We provide the investor with total ownership of a US based business that creates at least 10 direct jobs. These are the two most critical elements to a successful EB-5 application. We arrange for expert independent management companies to run the business efficiently and profitably on behalf of the investor.

»» A complete business plan for your I-526 Application. This plan is completed to satisfy the requirement of the USCIS as set forth in ‘the Matter of Ho’ case and includes pro forma financial statements for three years, monthly job creation by position and wage, and use of the investment capital, all to demonstrate strict compliance with the EB-5 rules for use of capital, risk by the investor, active involvement and creation of 10 direct, full-time jobs within the 24 month period before investor submits the Form I-829.

»» Introduction to qualified Immigration lawyers. We offer a choice of three pre‑approved EB-5 experienced immigration lawyers in Florida who have agreed to offer discounted fees to clients of the AmeriPath program. Every investor is free to select their own immigration lawyer, but we recommend our preferred immigration lawyers for their experience with EB-5, understanding of the AmeriPath program, co‑ordination of information flow, and discounted fee structures.

»» 100% ownership of your own US Business in a limited liability company (LLC). This is a vital part of the program to ensure that the investor does not pool their funds with other investors (a common occurrence with Regional Centers) but retains complete control at all times over their investment and the management company performing operational services for the investor.

»» 8% Annual Return on your investment. The program delivers $40,000 per annum (payable $10,000 per quarter) to the investor, based on the $500,000 of invested capital.

»» Within the period required by USCIS, at least 10 full time, direct jobs will be created in the investor’s Home Center business, guaranteeing compliance with the job creation requirements of EB-5. All jobs are supported by the required documentation, including W-2 forms.

»» Optional return of the $500,000 of investment capital after three years (once investor’s application form I-829 for a permanent green card has been approved). The Private Mortgage Note program is the key to this liquidity since those notes mature quickly and are eligible for sale in the secondary market, thus enabling the EB-5 investor to recover the original capital investment. Only the AmeriPath program offers this type of liquidity.
