The $500,000 required for the program will be invested in direct assets owned and controlled by you – all assets are secured.

You immediately start generating a return from the date that the $500,000 is invested in the program.

AmeriPath takes care of every aspect of the management, organisation and entire business set‑up of your franchise.
Control of your own business
You will own 100% of the business and assets that will employ a minimum of ten full-time staff prior to submission of your Form I-829 and you can assume management responsibility any time you wish.
Liquidity
As soon as you have received your permanent green card you have the option to liquidate your $500,000 investment or you may choose to leave your funds in the investment program and continue to earn returns.
Absentee ownership / passive investment
There is no need to live near the business or work in it. You can choose to relocate to anywhere in the US whilst we supervise and manage the business on your behalf.
Health insurance for you and your family
Subject to no pre-existing health problems, AmeriPath includes health insurance for you and your family from the time that you arrive in the US following acceptance of your application, to the date when you receive your permanent green cards. Thereafter you can choose to take advantage of the preferential rates on offer.
